Our mission is to promote and support research, education and service for eye care in this region.

The Northern Plains Eye Foundation is a South Dakota not-for-profit corporation chartered for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes related to eye care, and as such, is exempt from federal taxation under IRC§ 501 (c)(3).

Our office is located in Rapid City, South Dakota at 623 Quincy Street, Suite 101. You'll find us directly across the street from the Rapid City Public Library. We provide our services to locations in the Dakotas, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming within a 300-mile radius of our office.
