Northern Plains Eye Foundation (NPEF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Rapid City, South Dakota, whose mission is to protect and preserve vision and restore sight for people of the Northern Plains. We carry out our mission by furthering eye education, sponsoring vision-related community outreach programs, and fostering eye-related research through collaborative associations.
